Job Summary

This position is responsible for day-to-day administration duties and processing of financial documentations of the Company.

To be the key liaison between Thailand and Regional office in Singapore.

To be responsible for general Office upkeep.


  • Ensures proper maintenance of records, documents and filing.

  • Manages Account Receivables and Payable i.e invoices and tax invoice including collection & payment process

  • Process monthly payments of staff claims and miscellaneous payments

  • Maintenance of accounting data for full set of accounts

  • Preparation of VAT returns and withholding tax report

  • Performs banking transactions and bank reconciliation report

  • Generate sales invoices, delivery orders, debit and credit note and issuance of receipts

  • A contact point for external and internal stakeholders i.e. Auditor, Tax agent

  • General Administration, clerical support, secretarial duties and any other tasks as assigned by Accountant


  • At least 2 years experiences in Accounting and administrator

  • Ability to handle full set of accounts is a plus

  • A good Bachelor Degree or Higher in Accounting / Finance

  • Self-motivated, teamwork, diligent and can work independently with minimum supervision  

  • Proactive with strong sense of responsibility. Fast learner with good interpersonal skills  

  • Strong Organization skills with the Ability to Multi-task and Prioritize

  • Good Computer literacy especially in Excel

  • Good command of English

  • Position available in Bangkok Office.
